Located in a wooded area, 5 minutes walk from the train station and the Ports of La Rochelle the hotel des Gens de Mer is very appreciated for its location and its calm. In the evening or in the morning also very close to Les Gens de Mer you can admire the magnificent old Port of La Rochelle. You are also close to the Port des Minimes. Think about it! When the weather is fine, you can go to La Flotte, a pretty village on the Ile de Ré, by bike! Ride through this authentic island with its undeniable charm to the Phare des Baleines.
For a long time, these hotels, located in the heart of the French ports, were the favourite place of the French Navy and the local community.
