It is in Indre-et-Loire, in the North of Langeais, and 30 minutes from Tours that the golf course of the 7 Tours and its Castle begins its history. Originally a private building known as the Château du Vivier des Landes, it had three towers. This residence has undergone architectural changes through the ages, from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance. Today, it offers 19th century Gothic architecture. It was converted into a hotel in 1989 and took the name of Château golf des Sept Tours, and it was registered four years later as a historical monument.

This architectural and historical jewel takes place on a 76 hectare estate in the heart of a large territory of ponds and forests full of game. It was in 1991 that the Château, converted into a hotel and restaurant, the 18-hole golf course and the Chapel, which became a Club House and Brasserie, opened the estate to the public for the first time. Today, the Château Golf des Sept Tours still has a monumental fireplace and a spiral staircase from the Middle-Age. Outside, the Brasserie terrace has been extended by an outdoor swimming pool. At the gastronomic restaurant of the Château, Laurence Hernandez, prepares you a colourful and fresh cuisine which sublimates the natural flavors of the products. You will taste its fine and inventive dishes in an air-conditioned veranda with a view of the golf course.
